If i'm not mistaken, during my first property, upon sign snp u have 21 days to pay the balance 10% (if not epf withdrawal) or 45 days (if u withdraw epf)..better u check with sps staff

Me received sms n yesterday the lawyer call me to set appoinment this saturday..she ask me to choose slot time..snp n loan agreement together..

Me also did asked the same question to the sps staff..The sps staff did show me a video in his tablet that two car can fit into the house..but i think its a bit struggle..me can easily park..but my wife sure x berani..

But if u have both segment D car sure cannot..if u hv oni civic + persona i think can (put the persona first n push it to the left n then civic to ur front door)
