which bank u take the loan?

Hi, signed with Public Bank today. Branch Manager from Mentakab. Just e-mail to him your detail and he will will try to help you out. He even hand deliver to me the loan agreement in KL .Other Bank was so slow and their staff don't even bother to tell me the loan status. I will surely transfer all my account to Public Bank.

My rate is Base rate plus 1% (4.65%) . This was because my loan is higher as they willingly finance 75% of my extra car park (other Bank won't do this).

Anyone one the person contact ..do PM me.

im waiting for bank islam now.. they are taking long time ... but should be finalize everything in this week....

i applied on mid of january for bank islam, until now also no offer yet, even i keep chasing them everyday

Bxxx xxxxx so slow take 3 weeks to tell me status because i call the bankers.. I appeal last week but until now no answer.. Pxxxxx i appeal on wednesday an the next day i got the result..

which branch? permaisuri? the one behind the developer office is it? i spoke to the guy every single day to chase them.. now only they come out with the offer... 89% margin

i applied 4 banks:

MBSB (100% loan - approved) - approx 5.45% - ceiling rate (11%)
RHB (90% loan - approved) - 4.5% - ceiling rate (10.5%)
Bank Islam (100% loan - no reply yet)
Bank Muamalat (100% loan - no reply yet)

I was leaning to MBSB, since i can get back my 10K deposit and save it just in case of bad economy.
But in the same time, i know that MBSB rate is quite high.
MBSB papers will be ready this week. Should i just sign it or wait for bank islam or bank muamalat?

They actually extend the closing date again? Is the sales really that bad? Any particular reasons?
