Yea, casa green doesn't require this doc plus the staff was really helpful in explaining all the requirements at a go.

they said most probably is because of my income.. they can borrow 90% if i have a joint borrower which i dont have one..

bank islam on the other hand borrowing 89%.. i seriously have no idea why the 89% rclxub.gif but they do include the legal fee of rm4k + mrtt which is around 8k for my case..

im now waiting for another bank to see if i can get 90% and include legal fee and mrtt ... hmm.gif next week Wed/Thurs only know the result...

its like 45 days edi since i made the first 10% deposit... sad.gif

i am extra car park buyer so if 85% i need to pay around 50k just for downpayment not include any lawyer fee yet. Any 1 know others bank that offer loan to extra car park?

hahaha... how can one do not have commitment with the bank get 80%, no commitment should be 90% right?

maybe your salary is an important factor too? hmm.gif

The purpose of the certified documents is because it is only allowable for husband & wife to apply once...if husband already applied, wife cannot apply Rumawip and vice versa...
Different from PR1MA, husband and wife can have separate application through the website...

still have non bumi unit?
I'm staying in KL more than 5 years, but working <3 years, previously my application rejected for other RUMAWIP project, isn't it stay in KL >3 years then can apply?

Yes can only apply through RUMAWIP. This project will move slower because you need to put down RM30k upfront to sign the temporary sales agreement and apploy loan tongue.gif
