I got offer already after appeal 90% 4.55 pbb.. Will go to bank tomorrow for offer letter..

Congratulation , I waiting for better offer from pbb after their first offer 85%...hopefully can get.

Others bank take so much time and very slow.

Pbb is good only take 1 day to process apeal i supposed do this 3 weeks ago.. Other bank i sent appeal last week still no result

u appeal by joining loan? means two borrower? the officer from Taman Midah said to me that if wan appeal, need another person to join the loan so i just ignore that..

i called the lawyer assigned to me, "Sharmin Ong and Partners".. the SnP/SPA is RM 2000 and the Loan agreement and misc fee is around RM 4500 to 4700.. + GST is another RM 250

yea, i agree that PBB is the fastest.. they can reply to me in one or two days while others takes 3 to 5 working days...

I never heard of such thing... u just grad not long ago?

Thier ask for garentor so i ask my wife to be my garentor.. I also inculde my asb cash statement and education certificate.. Today go to the bank to get the offer letter..

Loan agreement bank or developer? Usually bank ask for their own lawyer.. Gonna ask for that today.. Snp,LO,LA not sign yet..

Loan agreement is bank lawyer I believe. Because when I apply loan the banker said LA fees is not included in the loan because its not handle by them.

I asked them to calculate, they said rm5200 for LA fees if they confirm handling. So exp

loan agreement is the agreement between the bank and u as a proof of borrowing the loan.. that already cost us rm 4.5 to 4.7k depend on the bank lawyer... SnP is between u and the developer (in my case, its about rm2k, Loan offer will be a document for you to sign to proof that u are taking the bank loan from a specific bank (which is FOC)..

your Loan Agreement fee so expensive.. the most expensive is rm 4.7k , i called yesterday.. you are being assigned to which law firm?

Hi, i m new here. Saw the active forum chat on the Project and register to participate in the forum. I called Sharmin Ong and Partners and was asked to email them the details of the loan amount. Did you do so?

hi there, i didnt do so, the person in charge by the name of Janice have all my details.. she said the SnP fee for this project is standard, all RM2000.. the Loan Agreement however it depends whether u are getting it signed by Sharmin Ong (which is rm 4.7k for my case) or the bank lawyer for any bank that you are borrowing.. the cost will be different.. some is rm 4.5k and some is rm5k+



I will sign the SnP with Sharmin Ong but the loan agreement is by the lawyer of the bank im borrowing from...
