QUOTE(wanw84 @ Feb 21 2016, 11:11 PM) hi.. need your guys opinion. i applied 4 banks: MBSB (100% loan - approved) - approx 4.85% - ceiling rate (11%) RHB (90% loan - approved) - 4.5% - ceiling rate (10.5%) Bank Islam (100% loan - no reply yet) Bank Muamalat (100% loan - no reply yet) I was leaning to MBSB, since i can get back my 10K deposit and save it just in case of bad economy. But in the same time, i know that MBSB rate is quite high. MBSB papers will be ready this week. Should i just sign it or wait for bank islam or bank muamalat? If u have enough times u can consider others bank because u have 45days to get loan approved after u pay the booking fees.

QUOTE(ShahAfendi @ Feb 22 2016, 01:14 PM) Reason their cannot find buyers which fullfill dbkl cateria and mybe some of the current buyers loan not approved/rejected Are you sure? Other RUMAWIP sold out pretty fast regardless of the DBKL criteria and loan approval. This one seems to be pretty slow. 4 months since launched, changed the "tarikh buka permohonan" to make implication as if its a new project(i do have friend who thinks that it's just launched when view website) Though the location is strategic, but all i see from these posts are only talking about loans. Anyone have further insider information regarding this developer/project? This post has been edited by Tiaso: Feb 22 2016, 02:11 PM

QUOTE(wykl @ Feb 22 2016, 02:28 PM) bro, what insider info u wanted to know? One of the main thing I would really want to know why the changes in the permohonan? The previous reply doesn't really convince me. Only thing I can think of is the bad sales. I don't have KL address, so I am wondering is there any other way for me to get one? Also, how is the area (facilities, food, existing population, etc etc.) This post has been edited by Tiaso: Feb 22 2016, 02:36 PM

About the amendment of the closing date, I try to ask later. I will either call or go to the office directly soon.

QUOTE(wanw84 @ Feb 21 2016, 11:11 PM) hi.. need your guys opinion. i applied 4 banks: MBSB (100% loan - approved) - approx 5.45% - ceiling rate (11%) RHB (90% loan - approved) - 4.5% - ceiling rate (10.5%) Bank Islam (100% loan - no reply yet) Bank Muamalat (100% loan - no reply yet) I was leaning to MBSB, since i can get back my 10K deposit and save it just in case of bad economy. But in the same time, i know that MBSB rate is quite high. MBSB papers will be ready this week. Should i just sign it or wait for bank islam or bank muamalat? If you don't mind me asking, is ur RHB loan inclusive of MRTA? My loan from RHB was approved as well, 90% loan @ 4.55% without MRTA. The officer mentioned that if include MRTA, maybe can get 4.45%. Not sure which to pick or should i wait.
