Thanks for the update, I saw the layout plan yesterday too while signing the SnP but dont have much time to look at it.

I am waiting for my SnP duplicate copy so that i can have a detail look at it. Lawyer said need to wait for stamping and stuffs then only i can take my copy of it.

Guys, wanted to ask. Have anyone proceed with the withdrawal of EPF yet?

I know we need photocopy of IC, Bank Statement which shows your name and account number, Loan Offer letter and SnP.

But I haven't got my copy of SnP yet, just signed yesterday cry.gif

btw, when u signing the SnP, anything important that we have to check?

so far i only apply for pbb and ambank, ambank no response at all.
and then now i noticed that BSN is giving 100% loan, and monthly rm200 rebate? not sure their rate thou.
and, is the MRTA is a must to get from banker(inside agreement stating compulsary?)? bcz i prefer to get by my ownself.

but guess the banker will say compulsary for xx years...
or higher interest if not getting from them sweat.gif

Update: I called the developer office, they said that after you signed the SnP, you will be able to get the official receipt from the developer. You also need to settle the 10% downpayment first if your loan is 90%.

is it they charge for loan processing fee?
-loan offer processing fee : rm232
-lawyer fee : he told me max is 5860, depends on how much discount the lawyer give.

No idea. But there are list of panel bankers to finance the project.
Most of the panel bankers is in Bandar Sri Permaisuri area.

All the banks in the area knows Danau Lumayan very well since there are many project developed by Danau Lumayan in the area. (Suasana Lumayan, Lumayan Apartment, Astana Lumayan).

The others are facing swimming pool view.
