The extra parking can include in bank loan?
I asked them they said if RHB can include parking into loan.

It doesnt make sense because Including in bank loan means total amt would be 300k + 25k = 325k total. Then you apply for 90% of that, meaning 32500 for dp, and remaining bank settle. It should not matter which bank it is.

ya, she told others also we cant really see KLCC and KL Tower. Blocked by The Leaf and Central Residences.

My loan still progressing... very long and i heard Banks now are tighetening their loans.
Next year is a tought year for properties as people are realeasing their assets for money.

Just got my loan approved. Interest at 4.65% instead of 4.45% sad.gif Thinking if I should take it, or go for another bank.

Loan agreement is bank lawyer I believe. Because when I apply loan the banker said LA fees is not included in the loan because its not handle by them.

I asked them to calculate, they said rm5200 for LA fees if they confirm handling. So exp sleep.gif

Got a call today from lawyer asking me that I have to sign snp again. They will send someone to my office to collect my signature. The reason they gave is that the danau lumayan boss just got the Datukship so he wants it on the snp. Sounds like bullshit to me. This is so weird.
