For those that have applied for the loan, which banks did u applied with?

I am currently in the midst of applying loan. Hong Leong and RHB told me they have to check and obtain some kind of approval before they can proceed with the loan application for this project. Did any of you encounter similar experience? Thanks.

Mind to share, bro? Ur credit record ok, or just ngam2? If this is something due to the developer, then bank should inform us the requester right?

Heard from my friend that legal fee/stamping etc cost about rm2k++ only, confirmed by developer.

i got offer from PBB too, 85% at 4.55.. 

now waiting for other bank 

maybank cant process yet, cimb bank do not have the record in their system, rhb bank also cant process yet (i guess) coz last week they just receive enough document from the developer..

and yet the developer asked us go go bank to find loan 

anyone here, signed the LO, SnP and have everything stamped?

the main road is now at the end of Jalan Sinar.. im not sure whether they will have direct road to the Besraya hghway but the road to seri petaling is confirmed.. its a direct road lead to seri petaling old pasar...

Merah Silu, its actually near to the golf club in seri petaling...

I think i am at the final stage of the loan where the bank is deciding the amount of the loan to be given, should have response from them soon.

As for the SnP, i haven't sign yet.. Not until I signed my loan offer with the bank..

I keep calling back the developer to wait for me while i getting the loan from bank.. im same with u, i paid the deposit at the end of december and i havent got any loan now...

however, i recently just got some news from the bank that i borrow from, they told me everything is ok and finalizing the thing before they can let me sign the Loan Offer.

hopefully i can sign it soon coz i havent even sign the SNP..
