hi.. need your guys opinion.
i applied 4 banks:
MBSB (100% loan - approved) - approx 5.45% - ceiling rate (11%) RHB (90% loan - approved) - 4.5% - ceiling rate (10.5%) Bank Islam (100% loan - no reply yet) Bank Muamalat (100% loan - no reply yet)
I was leaning to MBSB, since i can get back my 10K deposit and save it just in case of bad economy. But in the same time, i know that MBSB rate is quite high. MBSB papers will be ready this week. Should i just sign it or wait for bank islam or bank muamalat?

QUOTE(kakashin @ Feb 22 2016, 03:51 PM) If you don't mind me asking, is ur RHB loan inclusive of MRTA? My loan from RHB was approved as well, 90% loan @ 4.55% without MRTA. The officer mentioned that if include MRTA, maybe can get 4.45%. My loan includes MRTA @4.5%. The MBSB with 105% loan (include mrta and other fees) @5.4%. Which is quite high. Not sure which to pick or should i wait.

Guys, when a bank gave the loan offer, how long the offer will last? In my case, i got offer from mbsb last week but the rate is quite high (5.45% for 100% loan). I want to wait for 2 other banks but the person from mbsb insist me to hurry sign the loan offer.I'm scared that i will lose the offer with mbsb while i still haven't secure other loan. What should i do?
In any case, if anyone still trouble getting a loan, can try this guy:
Lim Wui Keat RHB KLCC 012-5052540
This guy works fast when I apply for 90% loan, less than a week. My stupid mistake was not apply 100% loan at that time. or else, i would already go with RHB. I reapply 100% with him, but not sure he can make it in time before i need to sign with mbsb next tuesday.

QUOTE(wykl @ Mar 9 2016, 02:33 PM) if mine then it will be like : (4.6/100)*(31/365)*60,000 = 234 thats quite a number for the first year of development.... I think it depends on the bank. In my case with MBSB, i have to pay 800++ fixed, until the house complete.

I remember reading somewhere that for 1st house, i can get discount on lawyer fee for the loan agreement. How to apply for it? Just tell the lawyer? Will i get discount for my S&P, and loan agreement cost?
