If u have enough times u can consider others bank because u have 45days to get loan approved after u pay the booking fees.

No.. This include professional charge and disbursements fees.. do we need to submit our snp stamped to lawyer or we the lawyer should get it for us?

Who already got snp copy? I just call the lawyer she say not sign yet due to developer signature.. Currently i waiting from lawyer to pass the snp original copy to the bank lawyer after that can proceed with loan agreement. Mybe 1-2 weeks more..

Just call the developer regarding the letter.. She say after snp stamped and loan agreement sign their will issue bill to our bank to release the money (means their already finish 20% total 30k). In 21 day bank need to do the 1st dibursement and if bank still not release the money we get panalty (10% per anum)
