As we need to bare the lawyer fees+stamp duty cost for both SPA and loan agreement, how much should we prepare our money to pay these costs? For stamp duty alone, we need to fork out about 6.9k (after rebate 50% on spa). Can we add the lawyer fees and stamp duty cost for loan agreement to the loan?
