Location:
Located at behind Institut Sosial Msia (ISM), Taman Naga Emas, between Salak Selatan and Bandar Baru Sri Petaling.

Developer:

Received a letter from the developer, been told to submit extra documents as I'm lacking one or two documents. Anyone of you here have applied for this? Location looks good, I have visited the site previously and went to the developer showroom yesterday. Unfortunately there's no brochure available but they have a model for it.

Hey there, their office is located here > 3, Jalan Tasik Permaisuri 2, Taman Tasik Permaisuri, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Malaysia

You stay around taman naga emas? What do you think about the location? I heard it's really congested due to its an old taman and roads are fairly narrow.

And yea, the road is actually 2 way road.. Not really small but every single evening to night, you can see the cars parking here and there. From 2 roads became single road thus leads to congestion.

Anyway, its not as bad as you thought, we take turn to pass through  smile.gif

One more thing, I heard there will be new road leading out to Seri Petaling, specifically to the Seri Petaling golf course (Jalan Seri Petaling housing area) in future.    thumbup.gif

Yea, indeed this is why I feel tempted, plus there's not much high rises around the vicinity. Can definitely get a good view around the surroundings, or perhaps KLCC view? brows.gif

Are you staying at taman naga emas? I've been there once, indeed the jalan sinar road is very small. If there's no new excess road to be built, people gonna suffer wei...haha

Looks like there are building an access road too? If this is true, then this will be definitely a good buy but pros aside, has anyone heard about this developer before? I know they recently completed a few projects within Bandar Tun Razak, permaisuri but other than that, I don't hear much about them. Not sure how's the quality like and etc.

Yeah, location wise and build up is good and selling for 300K, really not much we can complain but I'm a bit skeptical as previously they open up for registration and at one point, there's no news at all and now re-opening again.. not sure what really happened there hmm.gif

This depends on what's the procedure from the developer. Most likely yes but still awaiting further confirmation by the developer, personally I don't think its even launched yet.
