I don't know whether to buy or not this project...
The distance is quite near to KL city...however, I hope there are other entrance to Hijauan Lumayan since using Taman Naga Emas road is not a good option... Pro's of this project: 1. 1035kps (the biggest in Rumawip category) 2. 20 storey building (not so high, compared to PandanMas 2, 40 storey building 3. Location is very strategic, got option to use toll roads or not 4. Price is considerable good, RM300k, cannot find any apartment with the same price elsewhere in KL, even studio unit cost higher than RM300k 5. The design of the building looks like high-end project. Con's of this project: 1. I heard that previously Taman Naga Emas residents oppose the development of new high-rise in the area. 2. The area reminds me of the rural area in Mantin (Nilai). 3. Leasehold unit (Difficult to find any freehold unit in KL with the same price) Perhaps, some one can help me decide to buy or not to buy the project. Every part in KL is getting urban year by year... someday, the rural area without cars noise now will be full of "honk" noise from car in future..
