Yea, i bought only 1 parking.. if got extra car, i would park inside the Taman Naga Emas.. i can park back at my current living area since its just 3 mins walking distance from this project ..

btw, just went to the site again last week, the progress is quite fast.
Block A now start building 3rd floor. Block B a floor slower. excited. haha
but who knows later cant get loan approve and end up with dissapointment lolsssssss

I think i am at the final stage of the loan where the bank is deciding the amount of the loan to be given, should have response from them soon.

As for the SnP, i haven't sign yet.. Not until I signed my loan offer with the bank..

without the road, have to depends on the only road (in between houses etc.). people will looks onto that factor. So new road always mean better accessibility.

today i try to search the location of the project and i only saw the project of the 'banglo'. it is the correct location? how come u guys can see the progress about third floor building.

Can any one advised what is deadline to get bank loan. Let say if we put deposit at end of December how much time do we have to get loan? if we not get any feed back from bank the deposit will burn rite? since i only have 1 bank reply.

Yesterday,i went to the construction site,nearby jalan cahaya and jalan perkasa,the road is quite small,it must be quite busy during schooldays and workdays, the area is quite near to Pusat Bandaraya

At this point theres no other bank besides PBB who have "bought in" on the project. I understand from one HL Bank branch manager, the Hijaun Lumayan has not been approved by the higher up in the HQ, and I believe this is the case for other banks.

Make sense as i heard some of my fren oso encounter this kind of problem.

Anyone know reasons behind this? How can gov project (dbkl) also cant get the buy in from banks? Economy factor?
