1800 is not a chargeable no. 1300 is.

I just got my first normal bill, i.e the second month of usage with Unifi30. I suddenly found my bill to be 220 because I'm being charged for HyppTV. I thought the promo is 179 before GST including HyppTV? I took the Aneka pack during registration because I thought it was part of the promo. I called customer service, and somehow it's not in their system yet but I already got the email bill. Anyone else has had this problem?

for acknowledgement only.... checking my speedtest yesterday, and Petra Jaya, Kuching already have the 10Mbps upload for UNIFI ADVANCE 30.... yippee....

i was not charge with hypptv pack in my first bill = the bill was very low.... only for internet only

but for the second bil... my account was charge hypptv two times (first and second month)... = feel expensive because charge for two month of hypptv + internet

for the third bil.... normal price as advertise (plus GST 6%)...

i reported this type of billing shocker a couple of months ago.

it's all their internal confusion on "voice discount" - something to do with the discount on yr hypptv package/phone calls package.

don't bother calling unifi to sort it out yrself - u will go round in circles, no answer from anyone. just go to yr dealer at tm point, show them the bills, ask them to check. may take weeks to come back.

i had same experience. only that my shocker bill came in month 4 or 5.

i am not sure if another shocker bill will come again or not as my dealer has not been able to resolve everything so far.

The thing with UniFi is your first bill consists of your current month's spending and following month's spending.

sorry for newbie question, but why hasnt my bill arrived? my streamyx bill used to come on 3rd week of the month...

different service different cut off date for bills...

Nope, but you can apply via Shopback, they have free 1 month.

Do you know how it work? Mine like no 1 bother to call me and it is not like what they mentioned in shopback. I have to contact them...
Below is my experience applying thru shopback.
i applied on first week of jan 2016, but until now no news from them. I even email them to ask about the status, after that they just ask about my housing address only. Email back also no more news.

Few days after that TM called to update some info, and i told them i applied unifi thru shopback for first month free. then i received an email for order confirmation with no 1 month free when i call tm to ask. So i tot since it is just 1 month so might as well as let it go, but... they give contractor a wrong address. Now, the second order is also with a wrong address...

If apply only can get 1 month free, then i will just cancel the order and apply online myself.

I'm not too sure as I was just suggesting.
My agent gave free 1 month though.

Hi, I've heard about this 10Mbps upload for Unifi 30 package.

Is this offered to only select regions? Today I got a call from TM saying that the upload for that package is still 5Mbps.

Sorry for not reading back through the thread, not sure what keywords to use in search.

It's not official yet but TM are doing it quietly, it won't be official until everyone gets it.

I have been offered the 30 mbps package, but not sure if my area has the 10mbps upload upgrade yet.

after I restart my pc. to good to be true....when I test to upload video in youtube only around 12-14mbps. ...atleast I got false hope for a moment....

Yeah bro coz its still new and not 'mainstream' yet. TV also start moving to 4k. Another 2 years maybe?

for 4K movie download in future you need minimum 50Mbps connection...
