just back from tmpoint, sad failed to get the rm20 rebate,  PIC said want to charge donwgrade fee rm200 if change from rm209 to rm189 30Mbps ruby pack...... 

anyone's torrent speed somewhat throttled lately? from max speed around 3.6mbps to around 1.3mbps now

atlast...they installed DP and register the line in the system. my application have been process and will be install tomorrow afternoon. can wait to try unifi after 12 freaking years with 512k - 1mb streamyx. erm i saw afew people got 10mbps upload for 30mbps package. anyone from 50mbps experience the same thing? 20mbps upload maybe?

Guys, if you're still using DIR-615 after upgraded to Unifi Advance 30Mbps, you won't be able to utilize the full potential as the router is not capable of handling high bandwidth. I changed a new third party router and to my surprise it was stable at max speed (+- less than 1Mbps).

I've complaint to TM before and they insisted their side have no problem, and yeah, after changed the router it proved them right.

I'm also a very happy user of 30Mbps

but the only thing i hate is being unable to stream twitch properly

last time use VIP5 can stream Source smoothly. then i upgraded to VIP10, that's when it all started, can't even stream at mobile quality.

now upgrade again to 30Mbps, SAME THING. but much better. at least I can watch at medium quality now with buffering every 30s. back in VIP10 I can't even watch anything.

checked all the solutions people provided all over, from this forum to reddit to twitter and phone calls.

May I know when your unifi connection is down, how long before the TM technician come to solve the issue?

Does IPv6 really helpful in YouTube videos? My YouTube issues are just occasionally. Now there's a problem, I can't use IPv6 on my Xiaomi router.

I see. I don't have issues with Facebook, YouTube just once a while.
I don't think I can do anything to my router... Only if I use back my stock router, it will be on IPv6.

Some questions on the installation. The 15m free one is the yellow cable or the black cable ? Bcs in my friend's condo, they pull a black cable from the termination point inside the house to somewhere around the middle of the house to a small box then got the roll of yellow cable connected to it.
How about for streaming ? Any throttling ?

i think it only works on tablets and mobilephones.

it works on the ipad, just get it from appstore.

android tablets n phones, can get via googleplay.

it may or may not work on boxes - some get it, some don't.

could be hardware restrictions or some control like that seen in astro-on-go and hypptv everywhere - works on some devices, not on others.
