question, if i apply online, will i get first month free?

Do you know how it work? Mine like no 1 bother to call me and it is not like what they mentioned in shopback. I have to contact them...
Below is my experience applying thru shopback.
i applied on first week of jan 2016, but until now no news from them. I even email them to ask about the status, after that they just ask about my housing address only. Email back also no more news.

Few days after that TM called to update some info, and i told them i applied unifi thru shopback for first month free. then i received an email for order confirmation with no 1 month free when i call tm to ask. So i tot since it is just 1 month so might as well as let it go, but... they give contractor a wrong address. Now, the second order is also with a wrong address...

If apply only can get 1 month free, then i will just cancel the order and apply online myself.
