Same here since July for me, all the earlier issues like slow Apps Store and Facebook newsfeed slow loading are solved already. At least, they improved.

I'm contented and now gave me free upgrade to 10Mbps upload speed and free unlimited calls, really syukur.

Well, I don't watch HyppTV ma.

How far were you from city center of KL? If you are 50-100KM away, this is acceptable.

Came back to PJ and the first thing I tried is the speed.

YouTube, yes. The most for me is around 22Mbps but good enough for my videos.

Probably won't be cheap though, don't get your hope too high

I think my home also open to 100mbps as burst speed can shoot up to 90mbps before drop to 50mbps....always want to see it stay at 90mbps until finish... mean have some glitch there...hehehe

for streaming 30 Mbps connection is it enough?

4k only certain movies and videos only you can watch rite ? There is no movie torrent for 4k yet if not mistaken..

for 4K movie download in future you need minimum 50Mbps connection...

But it aches my heart to see a C grading.

Hi not sure if this is the right place to ask but..

I have been using unifi for a long time ever since it first came out and my current BTU is the really old huawei unit looks like this (example pic, im not using that orange terrible router)

I have been experiencing high ping/latency/disconnections recently.. Is it viable if i call unifi to replace the unit for me? Or will they just shove me away and say its still working so they wont replace?

also FYI for router im using my own with openWRT and tested at friends place no problem so its not router fault..

Any input would help me a lot .. Thanks
