I just got my first normal bill, i.e the second month of usage with Unifi30. I suddenly found my bill to be 220 because I'm being charged for HyppTV. I thought the promo is 179 before GST including HyppTV? I took the Aneka pack during registration because I thought it was part of the promo. I called customer service, and somehow it's not in their system yet but I already got the email bill. Anyone else has had this problem?
