i reported this type of billing shocker a couple of months ago.
it's all their internal confusion on "voice discount" - something to do with the discount on yr hypptv package/phone calls package.
don't bother calling unifi to sort it out yrself - u will go round in circles, no answer from anyone. just go to yr dealer at tm point, show them the bills, ask them to check. may take weeks to come back.

but for the second bil... my account was charge hypptv two times (first and second month)... = feel expensive because charge for two month of hypptv + internet
for the third bil.... normal price as advertise (plus GST 6%)...
i had same experience. only that my shocker bill came in month 4 or 5.
i am not sure if another shocker bill will come again or not as my dealer has not been able to resolve everything so far.
