should upgrade within 7 working days. if still not, u can try call 100 again to check for the status.

I have fixed an appt date for the contractor to come and change the adaptor.

He said it is a 5min job; if you know which adaptor, then can just change and give him the old adaptor.


P/S : wonder why they can't just send the item via delivery ?
I mean, they don't intend to use the old adaptor anymore, do they ?

Be careful to ask properly, with HyppTV or without.
Because they can simply quote it is RM 169 which is true for Internet and must couple with HyppTV package of another minimum RM 30.
Some CS are very good in playing with words. Just need to be careful.

If all in for RM 169 is a very good deal.

So far the fastest record here is within 30 minutes...

nextweek Monday/Tuesday u will get ur upgraded speed.

it still (RM169-20) + (RM30 HyppTV Pack) * 1.06 = 189.74

there's no way u can ditch the HyppTV completely or just take only the free to air channels.

Yeah, there few forummers came here and said they got RM 169 but belum masuk HyppTV yet.

y'all got upload upgrade to 10Mb..How come mine today Ip changed to 175 from normal 210 DL= 37Mb but upload only 0.6Mb.. pening la ini macam

10Mbps is going to be the standard for 30Mbps package.
Be patient and it will come to you soon.

yeah..but normally my DL was 30-31Mb ---> now 35-37Mb
Upload was 5--6Mb---> now only 0.4-0.6 Mb
