Restart your router couple of times until you get a different IP and it should get fixed

Hi guys, my question is that whether I could complain and/or request for Unifi to be planted or installed in my area (Somewhere in Melaka town)?

I really need it urgently since my house is still using 4mbps (yes you are not seeing it wrong) WITH copper wired. Current speed has no longer enough to cover all family devices.

restart so many time liao still stuck @ 175 and upload still hover at 0.5=0.6Mb
But notice that now youtube streaming @ 2160p (4k) smooth no need buffering now.

my ip wont change at all event i restart the modem couple of time, stuck with this ip for more than one week...like i have static ip.

Just bought tplink archer c20 router and tplink archer t2uh adapter. Now speedtest can achieve 30mbps but when i play dota sumtimes my ping turn to 200+ for about 1-2mins.. May i know what might be the problem? is it bcoz im using 5GHZ band??

ur plan maybe its biz plan.

if not den call tm to reset ur port.

Turn off the router and wait for couple of min, sometimes if you restart without waiting you get the same ip (tested this theory myself )

If the IP address is good, why not continue using it?

Probably someone is using your network or background stuff is running.

yeah2 in middle of dota i change to 2.4ghz also happenned.. is NAT got anything to do with this? if i off it would it be ok??

I guess probably something to do with TM routing or some background process.

Nothing to do with Hardware NAT.

Anyone know if EC2108 STB is WiFi enabled ?

i posted this before...something wrong with this server....i always get higher upload speed when test with this server...

Does anyone here with Adv 30 plan WITHOUT free calls get charged for fax? Does it even matter at all? I'm contemplating to upgrade it but I still need the fax. Right now I'm on VIP 5 and I am not getting charged for fax.

yup before this i already switch off for entire working hour. and lastweek my mom told me that our house got blackout around 1 hour and the ip still static. but i will try it again. will update the result later.
