another call from TM UNIFI promotion RM169 upgrade to 30Mbps

Hi all, just got a called from tm telemarketer offering me rm169 per month for 30mb package. He said one time offer to old customer like me lol of course i took it.

You can log case via OCC and insist for on site troubleshooting.

Usually the TM tech will bring a new set of BTU when arriving your home.

For my case, the root cause was adapter faulty, but they still replace the whole BTU set for me FOC anyway... 

All goes back to TM's infrastructure.

I'm paying RM 179 excludes GST but I can pay with one of my credit cards and get 10% cash back. So don't really feel the pain.

I mentioned before. I'm using HLB Wise and I pay my bill in Sam's Groceria. It will be calculated under my groceries spending.

i already paid via m2u but still not updated in occ. took few days? 

yeah good idea, rather than buying router u can buy better AP to provide better wireless connection.
