HELP NEEDED!!

The tmnut logo on UniFi ZTE modem (Model: H268) keep blinking and none of the indicator LEDs are on. Wireless router is working but no internet. What could be the problem?

Modem rosak, call tm to get replacement.

I already got it since Nov and more and more people are getting the 10Mbps upload speed.
Even one of the Unifi agents in this thread also said the same thing.
In fact, he has said that when few of us got it in Nov.

that bill is correct... you upgrade on 7/1/2016 and charged until 15/1/2016...then next month charges is 15/1-15/2 where 149(for the internet after minus 20)

Is the current TM equipment capable for 50Mbps? I have no issue for 30Mbps though, just wondering and preparing myself in case any agent calls to offer me 50Mbps. tongue.gif

if u using the tm as for pppoe connection and xiaomi as main router, didnt see any problem...

mine using tp link all ok, even at my aunt's place change router to tplink, no problem at all...

just dont use tm router as main router...

i borrowed my friends xiaomi mini router to test, i place the the router on 1st floor, with 5ghz band i manage to get full speed all around the 1st floor, but only around 10Mbps i get on ground floor. if with 2.4 ghz i can get around 40Mbps on ground floor.

i don't think that one come with default VLAN tagging capability.

u need a router with VLAN tagging features.

hmm.gif That's why I'm utilizing the WAN connection and which kinda depended on TM stock router. If that is not capable for 50Mbps, then I will not upgrade anything in the future. laugh.gif

Hi anyone using depositfiles or rapidgator?
why i only get 30kbps? but when torrent can get 2mb ~ 3mb
i use jdownloader and idm, unifi 30
