Has anyone received a letter form TM, pertaining to Unifi Improvement Programme?
Basically, TM technician will come over to your house and replace the power adaptor for the Broadband Termination Unit (BTU). Supposedly, it is free of charge.
Question is, what's with the BTU power adaptor, faulty (?!)

How long is the whole process? I can make a quick dash home during lunch break if it does not take long.QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Jan 20 2016, 11:51 PM)
Based from the letter they send, it is done in stages, so the exercise is not rolled out that extensive just yet.QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 20 2016, 11:55 PM)
OK lo, I just ignore it.
However, my sister raised a good point about this, she said knowing how Malaysia works, they will not be so nice to purposely deliver and arrange a new adapter to you if the current one has no issue.
Hearing her words, I takut already...
Better late than never.

I mean, if it is not faulty, or prone to damage, why are they bothered to change it?
I however, appreciate the fact that TM is taking proactive measures,
and not just wait for problems to trigger before acting.
