Called and made a report, they have no clues on the matter but it takes 1 working day to solve.

Well, this sucks.

If the BTU is down, how do you guys report the fault to 100?
The IP phone is down too.

Voip is same like internet, auth n link must be up den only voip n internet will work.

Just call using your mobile, number should be 1300xxxx or 1800xxxx. Driving now can't help u find number.

Number is 1 300 888 123

Sometimes I use my megaphone. Or handphone. or neighbours phone.

A little tip. If you have an unlimited call plan on your mobile, you may still be charged if you call 100 or a 1300 number. In cases like this you can reach TM at this number 03-22411290.

Thanks for the tip. At least there is an alternative number to call using mobile phone.

To those who are paying for the phone calls under the Advance 30/50 package.

How does TM charge for the calls?
Per call or per minute?
Do they charge if call to 1800 toll free numbers?
If they do charge, is it per call or per minute?

The reason I ask is I have a lot of conference calls made to 1800 numbers.
And each conference call last me more than 1 hour.
