QUOTE(MyPIA @ Oct 19 2015, 04:11 PM) Exactly, by 2 years I would expect 2Gbps for RM100 RM189 + 6%gst You should call TM to request RM20 discount It is for RM229 now for 50Mbps package To be honest no one can tell, but I don't think they'll increase the price, many people got RM20 off before when they applied to Unifi VIP 5,10,20 and they never got the discount taken away Sorry, RM229 for 50Mbps package.......does it include the free calls option ? Thanks

QUOTE(sumyt @ Oct 19 2015, 07:22 PM) Unless u got called by TM sales team to offer FREE bundle call package , which kinda means u are "selected customer" . They did called, but the sales lady offered me RM249 with free calls. I told her I'll think about it first That's why I asked earlier would this RM229 include free calls option. Perhaps I'll try to "squeeze" them of giving me this option ! LOL ! What are the chances ?

I prefer to have a black and white from TM/CFM/SKMM before dropping by TM Point especially I'm very busy these few days and it's not near to me. At least if they refuse, I show them the proof. At least, it shows a positive sign now. Good job, guys.

QUOTE(MGM @ Oct 19 2015, 04:28 PM) By that time maybe some other operators will offer 100Mbps for rm100. LOL, you're wrong. In coming end of this year, Myrepublic fiber will entering Malaysia market and offering 100Mbps for RM60-70 only, currently their offered $30+ 1gbps fibers in Singapore and New Zealand, next coming markets is Indonesia and Malaysia. QUOTE(MyPIA @ Oct 19 2015, 04:29 PM) No problem, good luck By 2 years time I would expect 2Gbps for RM100 LOL bro, do you know Google fiber is the cheapest 1Gbps for $60+, so don't ever dreaming for cheap and fast speed, becoz Asian bandwidth is few times expensive...

Tried to apply for unifi 30mbps plan but got refused.
Referring to your report number SR 1-11380045524 regarding on your request upgrade to promotion package under account. Kindly noted that the new promotion price is for new subscriber. For existing customer, you are advise to refer TM Point. We hope the explanation has reverted to your concern.
Currently unifi has finished contract 6 months ago, so it means I have to terminate it and reapply again to subscribe? = =

Hi all want to ask, Did y'all enclose "supporting documents" in your complain form to SKMM? Do I need to attach anything related to this dispute in the form?

QUOTE(william1112 @ Oct 19 2015, 09:23 PM) Hi all, I'm exisitng 30MB user. Do i need to lodge a complain to SKMM prior visiting TM Point? Better directly complain to SKMM, if you complain via OCC chances are you'll get template reply as I and most of the forumers here did Not sure about visiting TM point, but to be safe, lodge a complain to SKMM first, if not later you go there end up going home empty handed pulak This post has been edited by ComposMentis: Oct 19 2015, 09:28 PM
