Hey Guys/Gals, I just got call from TM, answering my MCMC complain. For us early bird paying higher price than the current package, we can walk-in to nearest TM point to request them to lower our package. According to the agent, this is new directions from their marketing team on last friday

OUR MCMC COMPLAIN BOMBARDMENT WORKED!

skmm got back to me and acknowledged that tmnut has 15 days to rectify the 2 issues i have.

Quick question, how fast can you or the installer or TM to revert back if one decided to cancel and sign up the new package?

TM replied to my complain regarding the price. Have to walk-in to TM point with appointment/booking to get the latest price.

Awaiting SKMM reply now. They seems reply quite slow, it seems last weekend report that brought up by forumers here just got replied. My turn soon hopefully. Would much preferable if can just get the new equipments from the installer, and we install ourselves? lol

then I reply unifi 30mbps,then I can get all the things and use old fiber wire without any install for technician---then I get installation for free?

So is that means from now on, we the "real early bird" can just walk in TM point and change the price without making any complaints in prior? rclxms.gif

Anyway, I already sent the complaint and SKMM did reply me instantly that the issue already escalated to TM. So I will just wait for their call and see how it goes. cool.gif

Hi All,
Just share my experience today. I went to TM Point during lunch time today & request for the revise price to RM179. The staff will help to fill up all required form & process the request.
My occ now showing RM20 special discount.
For those subscribed before 15th Oct, pls go TM Point to request the price revise.

FYI, i'm also 1 of the early 30mbps subscriber in Aug (was paying RM199 +6%). smile.gif

Just go TM Point and ask about it. They probably subscribe you to the newer plan but contract renew another 24 months.
