Heck found out about this new package as I was surfing the net aimlessly just now, feel like being conned doh.gif

Just sent an inquiry to TM via OCC and waiting for the reply. Hopefully they won't give me copy paste response as some of y'all did sweat.gif

TM Point is open today?

I called 100 yesterday a few times, said their staff were busy and I was waiting for my turn. Gave up after a few tries.

Hope for better luck tomorrow.

You'll be charged at local rates when you call 1300 numbers, but I think it wouldn't cost you more than RM0.50 for a 10 minutes call

Hey y'all did any of you complain about the pricing of the bundled hypptv as well? I just noticed that if they do agree to cut the internet price by RM20 I'd still be paying more wink.gif

Err. Tak faham.
I only know most of us are affected because we took the basic Aneka package and charged with RM 199 but now only RM 179 for those registered after 15th Oct. doh.gif
I don't know who else, but at least I hope CFM or SKMM sees so many similar reports, will give pressure to TM to honour for all.

Nvm forget what I said, just noticed they changed my current package to ''advance" so I guess I'll only have to force them to add the RM20 discount tag to my current subscription wink.gif

Can existing customer request TM for upgrade equipment if the old 1 doesn't provide the full performance from 30mbps  rclxms.gif ?
I'm still using a 615  blush.gif

TM is no philanthropist and they will charge you if you ask for a new device (BTU is the exception). Also, their router is pretty shitty so better fork out some cash and buy a new one, brand like TPLink would suffice and if you have extra budget go for Asus.

Hi all want to ask,

Did y'all enclose "supporting documents" in your complain form to SKMM? Do I need to attach anything related to this dispute in the form? hmm.gif

Hi all, I'm exisitng 30MB user. Do i need to lodge a complain to SKMM prior visiting TM Point?
*
Better directly complain to SKMM, if you complain via OCC chances are you'll get template reply as I and most of the forumers here did doh.gif

Not sure about visiting TM point, but to be safe, lodge a complain to SKMM first, if not later you go there end up going home empty handed pulak
