Im a '5days 30 Mbps' subscriber. The tm person said to me.. If I still insist to get the promo price, then I've to upgrade to 50 mbps

I never thought that they will announced another price revise as they just announced the 30 Mbps plan last August. And I would less hesitate if I already get my bill and if I already use UniFi for 3 to 6 months. Mine is Less than a week bro

Basically, people who upgraded before 15 October are guinea pigs (me included)...
Now my package is RM 20 more expensive every month compared to those who subscribed today.

Tried to see if I could upgrade my VIP 5 to Unifi 30 via OCC . Sadly it is not being listed there, only VIP 10 and VIP 20. Or did I miss out anything?

Damm, I'm oso nearly become Geinea pig, still wondering how come that time TMpoint staffs kept suggested me to register Unifi later (原来如此)

But I choose to ignore his advices and go register with TMdealer since it was LAST unifi port.
*luckily that day, the reseller ordering system cannot place order to 30mbps or 50mbps, so them registered 5mbps for me, super HENG arh~~

Gosh my friend just update me saying that he asked for upgrade from VIP20 to Unifi Advance 30 before contract end, not recontract from 30Mbps directly, guess we're doomed

I did logde complain to the TMNUT OCC page. Got a reply from them who show no concern about the issue. I guess we are just wasting time complaining to TMNUT.

Make the complain to SKMM instead! Let's fuck this TMNUT together!

Sharing what I got on TM's legal terms.

On renewal at the end of the 2 yrs, it will be renewed on monthly basis. BUT no price is mentioned. Hope it is continuation of the contract price. Ha.

Scary here that TM can increase the price by just informing the customers.

Any friends here in the legal field who can help in reading these?

The term renewed means it will follow back the contract rate/price - on monthly basis until customer terminates it.

Can anyone confirm:
1. for the 30mbps package, can we get the promotion price rm179 if we upgrade from vip5?
2. for the 30mbps, is it upload 5mbps only and no free land line calls?
