already ask TM Customer service regarding existing and new customer Unifi Advanced :

1) only new customer that haven't subscribe unifi advanced entitle to this promotion. whereas existing customer need to pay full amount as before.

2) Existing Unifi Advanced customer, cannot renew or change his contract to this new promotion.

wtf? different salesperson saying different thing, my friend called just now and the salesperson say can renew contract at tmpoint

my vip 5 contract ended 2years ago.

so i apply this need to cancel and register again?

or can just ask them upgrade?

Just call TM Customer service for upgrade or go any nearest TM Point, but your contract will renew 2 years.

The technical department really effective this time. I complaint at 12.30pm and the technician came my house fix the problem at 3.45pm rclxms.gif

Now I notice that I am connected to ip range 1.9.xxx.xxx

Is this new range?
