Tried to see if I could upgrade my VIP 5 to Unifi 30 via OCC . Sadly it is not being listed there, only VIP 10 and VIP 20. Or did I miss out anything?

Funny things happened here.
My relative went to Telekom and requested for the upgrade to Uifi 30 from VIP 5 (still under contract), they told him he needed to wait because he has not been chosen and not eligible for the Unifi 30 package. LMFAO  |

holy mother of yasus, 5 days already still havent upgrade my package. Did it on last week, today still yet to see the upgrade.
How long usually it takes to upgrade from VIP5?  |
