Im at tm point right now.. complaining to the person in charge about the new price. The tm staff keep repeating im not eligible for the promo price. My installation date is just last saturday. Thats not even a week. Cant you consider as i am a new subscriber????? Even the bill is not generated yet

anyway we can request for the recording of the offer given during pre-launch? i recall the offer said it will be cheaper than the official launch. hence i took up the offer @ RM 199 before GST.
