Referring to your report 1-11376013874 dated 15th October 2015 on bill inquiry, we apologise for the delay on this matter.

The new promotion started today 15th October 2015 for new installation only. Based on our system, upgrade order 1-11029342067 created on 19th August 2015 therefore, your monthly recurring charges will be the same RM210.94(inclusive GST).

We hope the explanation has reverted to your concern and we apologise on the unpleasant experience that you have encountered.

morning a SYT from telekom called me , ask go tm point to fill up some forms and they will start charging RM 179 for the package i previously sign at RM 199 i suspect they cancel the current plan and subscribe you to the new plan .

got my rebate off rm 20. TM point tell me that the RM 20 is actually free calls from land line to land line. i told them i dont use the house phone to make calls and remove it in my next bill
