Hey guys.
I am eagerly to know how do you think TM will treat an existing 5mbps subscriber who are still under the 2 years contract period, trying to apply for this new 30/50 mbps package?

I'm existing 30mbps customer. I wonder if I remove the aneka package from the web portal, will I get RM30 discount? I tried to remove it without pressing apply, it stated RM169 for 30mbps. :S

some body or some one already file a complaint better share it here... then we can use copy and paste as usual trick the tm done to our complaint which always "check your device, bla2..."
maybe if they receive a massive complaint, then the skmm or telecommunication ministry will force them to give us discount.... i remember during maxis rm118 for 10mbps where early adopters get that price back right if not mistaken??? if right we can use this case...
i thought on august the already launch 30/50 plan....so it like cheating to the customer here....

TM didn't reply to my tweet although they usually reply within 3-4 hours.

Just to share with you guys if modem power adapter spoil already but dun want to wait for TM replacement..this is the connector size.. For Huawei HG655a BTU.. DC Jack Diameter: 5.5mm(outer),2.1mm(inner)

ALU BTU is also using the same spec.

is it a good idea to upgrade to 50mbps plan from vip20? my upload speed is not consistent nowdays... previously 18mbps ul now only 4-5mbps...

Upgrade is always ok to break contract. New contract will start from the day you updated. Downgrade is not ok even if you are willing to renew contract

I'm out from town today and will write my complaint to MCMC. If they want to pre-launch something before the real launch make sure it's either a cheaper thingy or same price.

Though everyone would be happy that it works, but think from TM POV, its highly unsuccessful i think.
