I am eagerly to know how do you think TM will treat an existing 5mbps subscriber who are still under the 2 years contract period, trying to apply for this new 30/50 mbps package?

I think it has something to do with slow connection to Singapore....from what I have heard app store downloads require connecting to Singapore servers....

If u try speedtest.net and connect to a Singapore server, speed is like a tortoise.....

They are more than happy to serve you because once you upgrade, your contract will be refreshed again.

Ive filed a complaint on CFM website. Lets teach this one arrogant company to better treat their consumers well.

I'm existing 30mbps customer. I wonder if I remove the aneka package from the web portal, will I get RM30 discount? I tried to remove it without pressing apply, it stated RM169 for 30mbps. :S

some body or some one already file a complaint better share it here... then we can use copy and paste as usual trick the tm done to our complaint which always "check your device, bla2..."

maybe if they receive a massive complaint, then the skmm or telecommunication ministry will force them to give us discount.... i remember during maxis rm118 for 10mbps where early adopters get that price back right if not mistaken??? if right we can use this case...

i thought on august the already launch 30/50 plan....so it like cheating to the customer here....

TM didn't reply to my tweet although they usually reply within 3-4 hours.

It will ask us to chose a tv package, we are locked to at least 1 package

Yes, but don't forget its output is 12V DC, 1A with +ve terminal at tip(inner) & -ve at ring(outer). ALU BTU is also using the same spec.

is it a good idea to upgrade to 50mbps plan from vip20? my upload speed is not consistent nowdays... previously 18mbps ul now only 4-5mbps...

This is the way TM handle loyal customer all the time. They ignore people that gave them head start. You cannot cancel and reapply because of contract

Upgrade is always ok to break contract. New contract will start from the day you updated.
Downgrade is not ok even if you are willing to renew contract

I'm out from town today and will write my complaint to MCMC. If they want to pre-launch something before the real launch make sure it's either a cheaper thingy or same price.

Same here, also had a mindset of just getting the unifi without packages...
Though everyone would be happy that it works, but think from TM POV, its highly unsuccessful i think.

What's the fastest way to upgrade? 100 or tm point?
