I had an auto debit insurance transaction on 25th June. Saw it as "pending" in the app.

However today when I see, the transaction is no longer on the app. The transaction shows as completed on the insurance portal.

What's going on?

call insurance to check if transaction go through.

Has anyone used Setel CardTerus with the Citibank Cashback Card? Does it really work? Any issue in getting the petrol cashback?

They should do some faq for migration.
1. Citi website and username still can be used after July migration? if no, how to get the statement, do they send statement to email?
2. July payment can still pay to Citi? Since when we Duitnow for payment we need to choose bank destination.
3. Should call which customer service by then? Live Chat of Citi still accessible?
4. Annual fee waiver related like do they still give waiver for those previous waived?

The answer is now revealed.

UOB Prvi Miles Elite (ex-Citi PremierMiles) will follow the redemption rate of UOB Visa Infinite, while UOB Zenith (ex-Citi Prestige) will have a new redemption rate that is higher (more points needed) than the current UOB Visa Infinite Metal.

no offer. they just said ok. and then told me in a few days someone will call me to double confirm. 2 days later a lady called and asked. I told her the benefits of prestige is downgraded and somehow I still need to pay 1k annual fee so I wanted to cut it. she said sorry and proceed with cancellation. the end.

Hihi.
Currently I have UOB One card as well as Citibank cashback card.
Heard that Citibank will be merged to UOB on 16 July.
As the cards above are the same type, what would happen to the cashback ? Can I still earn Citibank cashback separately before 16 July ?
My statement date is 26th.
