Received migration email to UOB.
It means that existing citibank website username no longer can be used after July? Must create uob online user? |

They should do some faq for migration.
1. Citi website and username still can be used after July migration? if no, how to get the statement, do they send statement to email? 2. July payment can still pay to Citi? Since when we Duitnow for payment we need to choose bank destination. 3. Should call which customer service by then? Live Chat of Citi still accessible? 4. Annual fee waiver related like do they still give waiver for those previous waived? |
