Alert!

Just now when I called UOB, after migration my address information was incorrect, suddenly a new unknown address tagged under my account!

This is horrible!

You all better check as well

I used UOB APP to register, u can click log in, then fill in ur details, then will send u an OTP, if got previous citibank cc just key in ur citibank cc card number ( Dont copy n paste, u need to key in each number by itself), it will then pop up ur new user name and ask u to create ur new password.
I click create new password....after created then ur directed to a log in page again....key in ur username and new password.

Done

17th Jul 23' marked the end of an era for Citibank cc holders.
Officially Citibank credit cards become UOB cards.

(Unless there is reasonable objections) Will keep this thread open for now until end August 23' where we will move all discussions to the UOB thread.

I have a doubt on repayment after my citibank card migrated to UOB.

So when i need to repay my credit card, should I need to add credit card payment and choose UOB bank?

Or I can continue to repay my credit card debt using what i created last time as Citibank credit card?
