They kept offering me to take another card but I wasn't interested. I mainly use the card for PPL in klia and free ride home. Since citi changed PPL access to msia only I wasn't interested to keep the card. As for free ride home I can claim from company so no issue.
I told them I will cancel the card if not waived. 2 days later they called me back and said this is the last time they will waive for me. Whatever... But this is the 3rd yr I think. My usage is a couple hundreds per mth only.
Anyway if you don't really care anore just ask them to waive or cancel.
