Is the free 10 grab voucher transferable to other grab account. e.g just punch in code at any grab account during check out.

I got 2x notified of wrong CVV when making payment on WISH.COM. Clearly a fraudulent transaction and I cancelled the card. However, I am very careful of how I use my credit card. I got accidentally swiped (magnetic strip) 2 or 3 times in Hilton and I got furious about it and yelled at staff.
