Can we still redeem our points to airline miles now?

I'm holding Citi PM now and notice the redemption lower after the card is converted to UOB card.

1 PM point is converted to 8 points in UOB.

Let's say I have 50,000 points, converting now to say Enrich Miles, I would get 50,000 points. After convert to UOB points, 400,000 would only be worth 44,444 miles.

Since Enrich is having promo now, was thinking to convert now instead of after converting to UOB.

Most bank now no more sms start at july.
include hlb, mbb, pbb and etc

if u not update info of ur bank, u need go to branch (i got his case for my HLB, but solve fast. just go HLB branch

It may not be a bad idea. And i will stop using. My statement date 11th. Cashback in 12th usually. Before their migration.

Wondering if anyone has heard news about the Citibank / UOB- "Travel & Foreign Spend and Get Campaign" which finished in May 2023?

Have you resolve this? I also wanted to get my statement but encounter this error. Not sure if those Citi digital self-service branch that opens 24 hours can resolve this issue.

They say can't resolve, need to wait 17th switch to UOB

Same , stucked and have to call to request statement balance.
