Hi guys, i wanna ask, for cvt oil change, do service centre actually do the adaption all again? and also the check oil level to ensure no overfill or underfill? Cos i see punch cvt service manual, it says everytime change oil and filter need to do the check level, the whole thing is tedious, that y i not sure if they doing or not.. I pretty sure if ask outside car workshop, normally they dont do except for some good one that really know wat they doing.

i done my iriz 1.6 cvt oil change + cvt adaptation at one workshop in PJ. Even when done fill up the cvt oil follow manual quantity, somehow when done adaptation, it required to remove some oil from cvt. so better do it as some normal workshop will assume they done ok with cvt oil change wherein they overfilled it.

Hi, want to ask, if anyone have year 2018 and above Preve Premium around Selangor/KL area can borrow? want to see how stock DRL wiring goes. Purely for DIY purpose only, not for business. Other area also ok if u dare to open fusebox hahahha.

no need borrow.. can facebook pm ray ng or drex chan, they know the configuration. the DRL wiring same as Suprima DRL.

U mean do urself? Cos need to jack up those very troublesome, don have the proper jack.. Or if those proton service centre will do for u?

That 1 i know how is the wiring, Theirs is pnp with external relay and still need to tap at fuel pump and starter relay. what i want to see is whether able to do wiring to existing socket and relay without any tapping or external relay.

No the shop do it for me. After done change cvt oil, they plug in the device kinda like ecu reader. Then from there do the adaptation.

I done it at auto marques pj

ohh okok the workshop u go macam not bad, so they also check the oil overfill or not? i try ask my work shop see they got do or not. if not then i go proton SC ask.

too bad i am from sarawak, not much ppl know alot about punch cvt here. more toyota/honda car here.

actually thinking of doing everything myself, but the cost of buying all the stuff just couldnt cut it lol. need proper tools to work, no proper tool= no safety.

Hi guys, I have this very weird problem with my Preve CFE 2012. Few weeks back suddenly when driving battery light indicator come out, few miliseconds only will miss it if you paying attention on the road. Then suddenly battery blinking getting more and more frequent, and one day it just died while driving, but automatically the car starts back but with gearbox symbol. So need to park at the side and restart the car then no problem. Damn scary. Checked with voltmeter with car on, 14.2v, alternator is fine everything seems ok.

Then just continue using, one day I was driving, and when I push the throttle harder, the Infotainment system keep on and off, dash lights also flickering. Then that noon when I went to start my car, 1st step ok, all lights are on, when I crank to start enjin, poof no more power. So i changed my battery, changed the 100A alternator fuse, changed the battery head also as it was rusted, macam ok already,

Then today, at traffic suddenly battery indicator out again, and CVT light out again, car died 1 second and start back. What lah this issue aiyo this one really make me pening.

Hi anyone has the problem no buzzer sound if forgot to off headlight? I know the headlight will auto off but unfortunately the led light (front and back) will not auto off..

Normally the buzzer will sound after taking out the key right? Mine doesnt seems to work 😩

afraid most dh letgo their car, some having problems and cannot tahan ady.

if i recall if you left the light on and off the ignition and lock the car the lights will turn off as it cuts power to it, if buzzer doesn't work maybe you need to have it checked, and its actually not a buzzer, its a speaker which also does the signal clicking sound and door open warning sound

whilst everybody letting go their car, here i am upgrading mine. 😅
