More cement work done on upper floor of L13 Already started painting white here ![]() At the front ie mall facing Jln Cheras (not shown in this picture), the wall is painted orange/yellow. Don't forget to claim LAD for common facility which is 10% of SPA price if it's under HDA. Most developer "miss out" this portion, buyer also unaware. Everything stated clearly in SPA.

Hi l am new here. I was looking at m vertica and suddenly my friend point out this eco cheras. I am buying for investment purpose. Which is better. I know their location is different, selling point different. But which is good for invest. Tq. Perhaps sifu jagalat can help.

Nowadays, given thousands of units along/off Jln Cheras, any investment be it rental play or subsale selling, is very competitive. Both have pro and con but the only common thing to both is tough competition in Cheras. (Understand some would argue different segment etc) |
