Hi l am new here. I was looking at m vertica and suddenly my friend point out this eco cheras. I am buying for investment purpose. Which is better. I know their location is different, selling point different. But which is good for invest. Tq. Perhaps sifu jagalat can help.

Tq for reply. I was looking at eko layout. Only 1or 2 rooms. For the same size vertica 3 rooms. More rooms can fit more ppl Mah... What do u think.

Beancounter why u say eco cheras better? Then you say the Rental cheaper the better. You say demand got but no price. Then this m vertica cheaper mah

No budget for this . I go for m vertica oredi. My reason
....since this project VP soon I have to ready more cash. M vertica I worry after 5 years. My other unit Parklane also very high density. Some more no shopping mall. But my rental cover my installment from the start. I am no big investor but as long I no rugi I am happy.
