Jakel building is nice from outside, but there isn’t any attractions nearby, I might be wrong. It’s in the middle of nothing. For rental it won’t be as easy as Ekocheras. Both don’t give you nice yield i guess but one is easier to rent out. At least ekc you have better renting preferences- like mall, office, mrt.

Jakel is only closer to kl by driving. and by driving you will be out competing with many developments.

I’m guessing around 1.8k to 2k studio. Ultimately depend on the mall and office. It’s risky but manageable. So far i think they are in a good track.

But then, be prepare for super 'raw' design finishing overall at common area. You will get what i mean once you guys have chance to visit.
