the condo behind Ecocheras is only renting around RM 1500 for 1165 sqft unit, that works out about RM 1.28 psf, which not even half of what was compared. unsure.gif

the signing ceremony just finished.

GSC and Village Grocer also mentioned here before.
Other confirmed key tenants include Caring Pharmacy, A Look and few others not so famous brands.
