Previously there were 38% unsold (bumi units and high price units).They have yet updated the idaman site.

If, if and if there are 20% unsold now, this means 18% units have been cleared recently. Anyway, let's see what the numbers will be once they updated the site....

as I mentioned....developers cant released all unsold bumi units when the building is WIP.

Very rarely any highrises can be fully sold before vped........bcos of bumi quota......saved for non schedule SPA....where there is no bumi quota.

The great news is a recent 18% if, if, and if following the given info. Not bad actually... That was my message.
Need to be reasonable also that won't see 100% sold neither upon vp...

No budget for this . I go for m vertica oredi. My reason
....since this project VP soon I have to ready more cash. M vertica I worry after 5 years. My other unit Parklane also very high density. Some more no shopping mall. But my rental cover my installment from the start. I am no big investor but as long I no rugi I am happy.

Personally i feel Velocity area is a good location to invest, but for time being there are about 6 to 8 project happening with the same time with various price, advantages and disadvantages.......

Holding power is still a key factor for the investment at this moment......

May i know from the taiko who purchase the property what is the progressive payment schedule like as of now? reached "2(b) the reinforced concrete framework and floor slab of the said Parcel" already?

below 22nd flr, reached 2b already.

I believe those below 15th flr, already reached 2c jor.

those above 22nd flr, sitting pretty for big fat lad if ekovest pays according to schedule and they bought during soft launch.

Earlier one reason of this thread not diam ,was because of its construction slowness or possibly goes abandoned...
That is the main reason me taking picture to monitor...
It is relieving seeing snail pace progress until today.

Since the MRT in operation, every rider can view the construction progress.
Hence, l have "retired" from taking pictures. I also spelt it in the chat group.
Anyway, me will also take photo in a lower frequency mode, maybe once in a month of two.

You may post more and there are many taikors / taichers ready to reply you. Happy posting.

Bro, Can not be posting just to "shook sendiri". I am just a potential buyer to await the final decision to invest into this property. Of course if the project not delayed, i don't think now i still have chance to get it from the developer, probably only from the sub-sale. But if the development continue delay also big problem that additional cost needed for to serve the interest. Anyway, thanks a lot for your contribution for this particular section.

huh? you mean when you buy new popety from other developer you don't need to serve interest?

there are always bumi release lots released by developer in stages from now until Vp.

Hi guys, newbie here. Interested with Ekocheras for own stay and have gone thru most of the threads v1-v4. Contacted Ekovest and their offer is 535k nett for 762sqft. Unit at lowest floor, level 3.

Any comment whether this is a good deal?

One advantage at L3, the lowest resi floor, should see trees or green items..

But if the project delay in completion than you serve more interest right....
