No budget for this . I go for m vertica oredi. My reason
....since this project VP soon I have to ready more cash. M vertica I worry after 5 years. My other unit Parklane also very high density. Some more no shopping mall. But my rental cover my installment from the start. I am no big investor but as long I no rugi I am happy. |

Personally i feel Velocity area is a good location to invest, but for time being there are about 6 to 8 project happening with the same time with various price, advantages and disadvantages.......
Holding power is still a key factor for the investment at this moment...... |

Any comment whether this is a good deal? |
