2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must (or auto waived with condition)
3. Card required for: Petrol ~RM500, Groceries ~RM250, Dining ~RM300-600, and other. Cash Back is priority.

It was good previously but it will revise its benefits from 1st August onward.
The 5% weekend cash rebate is only applicable for dining via AmEx. Unless you dine a lot during weekends and those places accept AmEx, then MBB2Cards is a better choice.

But well, yet it still has 5xTP which gives about 1.25% return.

That said, your income is below RM 36k, so you are only allowed to have two issuing banks' cards. So, you have to prioritize your usage.
It is better to apply for cards which give you cash back now rather than points.

No restriction or limited restriction?

Stan Chart Gold Cash Back if you can spend 1,500 (1,000 retail, balance etc) or Aeon Watami if you can spend 1k per month on retail (Petrol does not factor in)

Groceries and petrol will be solved with MBB Ikhwan and if get rejected then UOB One Plat.

For dining, I will suggest HLB MACH, all my dining spending are swiped with this card. RM 100 cash back per quarter, 5% rebate.

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Yes

3. Card required for: Petrol, shopping, bills, online shopping

4. Existing credit cards if any: No

5. Looking at CC from: CIMB Cash Rebate Gold MasterCard

Cash back or rewards point, which one more rewarding?
my total spending for shopping, bills, petrol for 1 month usually less than 1K only
is it possible to collect points from car loan payment?

Cash back would be better at lower income level.

Points hardly can redeem anything unless you are a high spender.

For petrol, 2%. For online, 5%. Bills only apply to standing instruction.

4. Existing credit cards if any: M2 Amex, OCBC Tit

5. Looking at CC from: Citibank? CIMB? Uob? Not so sure..

6. Others: Please be specific.

i see
i google a bit about standing instruction: https://ringgitplus.com/en/blog/Banking-Bas...nstruction.html
so the amount has to be fixed n oso have to pay some fee for it?
