Bro great elaboration ! Absolutely agree with u.
Satay, those ppl just grab whole bunch with 20-30 sticks. So greedy and selfish.
Super poor management.
I went rimbayu westeria launch for existing buyer. Thumbs up for Ijm management. Good organizing. Food not own take. The catering ppl distribute food.
I see ppl take styrofoam box from the durian there then tapao satay, nasi lemak and all the food home.
Walao!!!!!  So shock ppl take the windmill home.
I am actually suspect are all purchaser friends / relatives?
Yup. Really not impress.
I hope EW they read this.

ya, since Malaysians so cheapskate, next time they should make it like those company AGM

must come with wristband, then the catering people will pass one plate of food to you, all the food is in that plate/box

one way in, one way out; refill is another counter/another side, so that people won't waste food

As most forumers here commented, very poor crowd control for this event doh.gif
They should have expected the space at the show houses there won't be able to accomodate such a huge crowd. What made it worst is no control of food - should have distributed by the staff and with staff guiding the crowd to line up properly. Haiz!

But quite nice the deco & the landscape smile.gif

I queued but didn't get food except for kuih. My family then went to kajang for food.
The landscape look good but they managed the food really badly. Yvonne said they didn't expect the crowd but that's no excuse as they are experienced in this area.
They cannot just keep pushing sales and forget the early clients who have supported them.. And don't blame the crowd ie. Clients. If they cannot manage simple food mgmt, i am getting worried about their delivery..

Agreed that shouldn't be an excuse as this is not the first time they hold similar event. In fact last time the Lee Hom concert (which had even much larger crowd) they managed it quite well.

Lets look at it this way, if some purchasers bought their entire family (that's more than 4), did EW stop them? I doubt so. I see a lot of families brought many family members there and went in altogether. If EW were to stop them, there'll be negative comments about them. Seems to me that they wanted to cater everyone but got out of control. They should communicated better next time, either be firm about it or get more food.

While people complaining the poor arrangement of the food catering (I only manage to get 1 bottle of mineral water inside the show house), the SA told me that EM perhaps will be aiming for the launching of Mellowood as early as end Sep / Oct... hmm.gif hmm.gif

There will be 2 types of layout, one is the conventional, the other one is park home (living room at the back), starting price should be 5-10% extra (psf) compare to Merrydale... brows.gif brows.gif

EW done great job on windmill festival landscape and our family enjoyed the breeze surrounding unfortunately it was over crowded and out of control of food distribution. We only managed to get some lemang and sampal kuih only. Satay out stock and durian long line with hour quite. I suggest further on prepack and refill next round if available till last stock. Then not waste and fair control distribution.

I not sure if all guests come with waist band and estimated a thousand peoples?

We look forward to better arrangements. Greeting for month long windmills festival.

I had extra wrist tags and bought guests with it (with young kids too). Too bad the queue was absolutely long to grab anything. Walking around with a few lemangs can't feed those poor hungry kids. Guest wasn't impressed at all. Cut short the trip and went straight to KFC we saw on the way. Embarrassed now to bring more guests for such event. Didn't even get a chance to show them one of the show units. Food volume isn't coming out in time. Hope EW learn from this. Get It done right, else only create a negative experience to the buyer and guests.

I can understand why some of those queue ppl just whack a lot into their plate as they were Feeding their side of people.

Guests are not impressed at all and food distribution out of control.

The moment I received this exclusive invitation card with cordial reception from EW. As purchaser we felt proud and privileged by EW. The first hand viewing of windmill festival and bring back memorable experience . Anyway our family has captured many memorable scenic views like holidaying in Holland. First of it kind in Malaysia. Greet.

I am not sure how they plan it but to me they will cook the fried koay teow once finished. Food is warm.. Lemang no comment. Mask lemak also bungkus there as well. Definitely the food is not prepared quick enough for the crowd...

Ask the pinky lady,,,she seems project hanlder for this event.

YES - when I first saw the way they distribute foods, I also know this is lousy event.

1) mixed existing all buyers and non-existing buyers.
2) especially "chaw kui tiew" I even cannot take it and all aunties use the spoon and grab it....re-fill time more than 25mins...
3) at the end, don't even have sufficient plate to take foods and durian..wth?
4) sweating all the way and super poor arrangement.
5) many children cut queue but parents pretend don't know and simply follow the line, yes cheapskates, bought expensive property but kiasu.
6) some rich folks even bring maid and bring container and dapao foods, my god.
7) no portable toilet
8) should open more counter for same foods.

Lazy to type, not keyboard warrior now...no keyboard with me...lazy to comments...no eye see

Bro, got portable toilet.. Before the snow units there... Dunno got 3-4.
Total counter were 4... But since the method use here is prepare and refill it take awhile to replenish it.
Dabao i saw it too but it was more like after 8:30pm... What they Dabao I no idea. Me and my partner were lucky enuf to reach the show unit there early so we managed to take our food. Once finished didn't refill food already.. Just refill drinks.. Queue for popcorn and candy really long... No doubt. Durian no need to say... Even worse...... For durian a it surprise they didn't ask the workers to open and prepare it first (at least 1-2 hours earlier)... Then the queue won't be that long.

The food station further away from the pop corn stall actually was OK. The queue wasn't too long. Get to try all food except durian. Anyway, the food quality wasn't that good. It is time for EM to improve. I hope they hear us.

Yes bro, I take photos first then follow by taking foods...the SA there foods start 7.30pm....but who's know open it early....yes, I know got 4 table...I means if the main course like "chao kui ties and Nasir lemak, should have 2-3 table servicing the same foods, other non-main course can be 1 table.

I don't even have a chance to eat satay....but never mind since launching property got satay....just x syok no even hv a chance to eat single stick of satay.
