I think even EM himself also not sure what will happen to the sales gallery in future for the time being... There will be quite some time EM to be here, till fully develop the EM + EF, at least 10 - 12 years I presume..

To continue the legacy SP Setia, EW should build their HQ here in EM. EW has more than 1500 acres land bank here (their largest land bank in KV area), and has a dedicated 170 acres silversquare commercial area. In terms of branding, cost feasibility and land availability, EM serves the right place for this purpose. If SP Setia can build their HQ in Setia Alam, I dun see why EW cannot do so..   

Swan lake is public park, presumably will be opened to public 24/7 one day.. But I think EM will "drag it" till all the projects completed..

Those guardhouses currently set up at the east gate and north gate entrances need to be removed in future, as they are public roads. Only the roads within the fencing area are registered as strata property I presume. In addition, they cannot block the roads coz the the commercial activities inside need outsiders (neighbouring taman) to support as well..

Speaking about Silver Square, maybe EW should gazzette some of the high rise buildings as MSC Cyber Centres similar to Bangsar South. Then maybe dotcom Internet start-ups, call and contact centres, electronics R&D firms, labs and contractors as well as tech firms programming android, IOS apps can set up businesses there.

Agreed that shouldn't be an excuse as this is not the first time they hold similar event. In fact last time the Lee Hom concert (which had even much larger crowd) they managed it quite well.

I had extra wrist tags and bought guests with it (with young kids too). Too bad the queue was absolutely long to grab anything. Walking around with a few lemangs can't feed those poor hungry kids. Guest wasn't impressed at all. Cut short the trip and went straight to KFC we saw on the way.  Embarrassed now to bring more guests for such event. Didn't even get a chance to show them one of the show units. Food volume isn't coming out in time. Hope EW learn from this. Get It done right, else only create a negative experience to the buyer and guests.

I can understand why some of those queue ppl just whack a lot into their plate as they were Feeding their side of people.

Our price  share is a lou-sai stages.  Many $$$ spend on branding and hardly have any return to us, shareholders.    

Some owner/buyers here need to contribute some money for our branding too.  Need to sell overprice

Took the link from red carpet via newly opened lekas ecohill toll...good 1..but inside EM is so jam packed...can't even make a u turn...took a detour to east gate n realised so many cars side park on roadside....amazing...detour via jln semenyih bavk into ecohill then exit to lekas

Setia Alam started from almost nothing.. SEH + EM started on a land with so much amenities available in the vicinity.

Now, we would need to see how SPS and EW shall wave their magic on the commercial elements..

True, as SEH has started to deliver its promise batch by batch, the population is expected to grow from there first vis-a-vis EM.  As for the number of outsiders that will flow into the township, I do acknowledge commercials is one crucial factor but there is another one factor which could increase the exposure of the townships (even before the commercials become active), ie the school(s)!  Hope it can be materialized asap!
