To continue the legacy SP Setia, EW should build their HQ here in EM. EW has more than 1500 acres land bank here (their largest land bank in KV area), and has a dedicated 170 acres silversquare commercial area. In terms of branding, cost feasibility and land availability, EM serves the right place for this purpose. If SP Setia can build their HQ in Setia Alam, I dun see why EW cannot do so..   

Swan lake is public park, presumably will be opened to public 24/7 one day.. But I think EM will "drag it" till all the projects completed..

Those guardhouses currently set up at the east gate and north gate entrances need to be removed in future, as they are public roads. Only the roads within the fencing area are registered as strata property I presume. In addition, they cannot block the roads coz the the commercial activities inside need outsiders (neighbouring taman) to support as well..

EW done great job on windmill festival landscape and our family enjoyed the breeze surrounding unfortunately it was over crowded and out of control of food distribution. We only managed to get some lemang and sampal kuih only. Satay out stock and durian long line with hour quite. I suggest further on prepack and refill next round if available till last stock. Then not waste and fair control distribution.

I not sure if all guests come with waist band and estimated a thousand peoples?

We look forward to better arrangements. Greeting for month long windmills festival.

Guests are not impressed at all and food distribution out of control.

The moment I received this exclusive invitation card with cordial reception from EW. As purchaser we felt proud and privileged by EW. The first hand viewing of windmill festival and bring back memorable experience . Anyway our family has captured many memorable scenic views like holidaying in Holland. First of it kind in Malaysia. Great. All of us still having good trust on EW from beginning and wish they will set up corporate office here as first township and biggest land bank here 1500 acres.

I supposed they are very proud of unexpected overcrowded turn out due to previous impressive publicity and grand invents. Ecomajestic buyers grow very fast up to 1500 buyers compared to last year may has only 800.

Wish they will plan future events in bigger scale to cope up with the growth. Greet

Congratulations SPS and EW creating vibrant and outstanding sisters townships in just couple of years.

The main concern is big trucks and long trailers may use ecolink in order to bypass jln semenyih into ecohill and ecomejestic to industrial in beranang and more other contruction sides further.
Hope have traffic signboard to control of limited tonage vehicles to use this link.

The SA confirmed that ceiling height of mellorwood is 12'. Merrydale is 11' and cradleton is 10' .
Tenderfield is 11' and 12' combination depending on some different areas especially master room has higher ceiling.

Mellorwood has higher price due to around 20% more built up and 10% revised of per square feet compare to merrydale. Just mine estimated comment and please correct me if wrong. Still good investment especially for own stay. Greet Ken

I am there also. Both of you have very high resolution camera 📷 and have clear photos. We ecomajestic big family enjoying the mid autumn celebration very much even though is hazy night. Colourful lighted Balloons flying high sky. 步步高升!

My understanding from SA the mellowood 20x70 built-up 2400sf at rm800k and 22x70 built up 2600sf at rm880k and park homes 22x80 and 24x80 both above rm900k due to high ceilings and many features and landscapes up graded. I supposed ecoworld done great job to bring up value to about rm340/sf. About 10% revised from previous merrydale. Please reconfirm my analysis if not that accurate. Thanks.

Bro Jason. Thanks for sharing your right accurate info. My understanding from Sa. Up to date em total launches is about 2000 units and sold as recorded almost 1800 unit. It should be about 90% sold.

For tenderfield 32x70 are limited to few of corner units only.

Just fyi . The Mello wood is almost 100 acres land and one thousand houses based on 10 houses/acre. So. Em may divide it to two phases with two grand entrances for better security control and traffic management. Just may guess if I wrong ? Bros please fine tuning my info.

They reduced density due to spacious landscape and back yard garden width of 30' as standard. So. They bring up value for new buyers and good appreciation for earlier buyers. Well done 😊 em!

Welcome to the conference first in history organized by developer Ecoworld. I supposed lot of goodies and visionary plan to be disclosed for ecomajestic for coming five to ten years master plan and most livable city in making. This is the first model they cannot afford to fail for building beyond tomorrow.

I also voted the same in EM due to cheaper land cost and huge land bank and easier access in greater KL And staff accommodation is not the concerned at all as established housing developer and built more for staffs and they turn to be profitable investors also having multiple houses in housing investment. May start from apartment to DSL then semi-d.then bungalow in ten years times. Just my sense as staffs are smarter investor with insider info. They "huat" first before us. Greet!

As knowing not the merits remains in Setia alam. Can be a great growing model in em for beyond tomorrow continuing next twenty years and bring in more dynamic corporations to spruce up economic activities here as developer and initiator for mmc and mnc as well.cheer!

Both are established developers like brothers and compliments each other very well. I supposed ecohill township will grow earlier and faster due to VP in progressing and shops is on building. Importantly the location on active eco link by pass semenyih old town. Traffic volume is increasing exponentially and cater for medium mass market as available now.
Ecomajestic silver square may take longer time for growing due to later VP and required internal generated population.

Not many outsiders will by pass the township. And may cater for medium to upper and end residents. Active by pass may from southern ecomajestic interchange which limited in this five years. Any here is much peaceful livable township to come. And need lot synergy to boosts the township. Beyond five years to be vibrant and garden commercial hub. Patience growth.
